This research was a cross sectional study using observational and analytical approach. The samples are 44 fertile Age woman by simple random sampling technique. Chi square test was used for statistical measurement. For measuring relationship level between independent variables and dependent variable Cramer’s V value was used. Chi square test showed that there was no significant association between all independent variables with premenstrual syndrome status. Significant level of each independent variable was age group (p=0,074), exercise status (p=0,227), frequency of exercise (p=0,467), time of exercise (p=0,564), type of exercise (p=1,000) and physical fitness level (p=0,167). Cramer’s V value showed that age group had the highest value of relationship with premenstrual syndrome status (value=0,294). While type of exercise had the lowest value (value=0,114).
